Contact form: name, phone/WhatsApp number, e-mail (optional), selected program, your message and the language of the page.

Technical data: IP address and the date and time of the request, used for security and spam protection.

Knowledge test: your answers are processed only in your browser and are not sent to us. Only your last score is saved locally on your device.

3. Why we use your data

To reply to your request, to organise enrolment, lessons and payment communication, to protect the website against spam and abuse and to meet legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Your consent given in the contact form, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

5. Storage and retention

Data is stored on our hosting server with restricted access. Requests are kept for up to 24 months; data of participants is kept for the period required by law, after which it is deleted.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by the hosting and e-mail providers needed to run the website, or disclosed to authorities when required by law.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

7. Your rights
