Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website ForexTedris.pro (https://forextedris.pro/) and enrolment in the training programs offered by trader-analyst Vüqar Familoğu (“we”, “us”). By using the website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational services

Our programs and all materials on this website are educational. Nothing on the website or in the lessons is investment advice, a personal recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a promise of profit.

Trading results shown on the website are historical figures and are provided for information only.

2. Enrolment and payment

Your place in the course is confirmed after payment. Prices are shown on the website in US dollars (USD); the start date and payment details are agreed with you individually via WhatsApp or e-mail.

We may change prices for future enrolments. Changes do not affect enrolments that have already been paid.

3. Refunds

If after the first lesson you feel the program is not right for you, you may request a full refund before the second lesson.

Once the personally licensed indicator has been delivered (lesson 3), refunds are not possible. A lesson missed for a valid reason is rescheduled.

4. Indicators and intellectual property

The Golden Vector PRO indicator is licensed personally to the participant and bound to the participant’s MetaTrader 5 account. It may not be copied, resold, shared, decompiled or used on other accounts.

Lesson recordings, documents and other materials are for personal use only. Recording, publishing or distributing them without our written consent is prohibited.

5. Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate contact information, to behave respectfully during lessons and to comply with these terms.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, for the choice of broker and for compliance with the laws of your country.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any trading losses, losses resulting from the use of indicators or materials, broker actions, platform failures or internet outages.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

7. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
